Digital access periods
STL Export Pass and paid plan access are provided for the duration shown at checkout or on the activated account. Manual plan activation does not occur until Empire verifies the associated paid order. Access expiration does not delete saved designs.
Cancellation
If a purchase is configured as recurring, cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally shorten an already-paid access period. If checkout does not state that access recurs, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Refunds and billing errors
Contact Empire promptly for duplicate charges, incorrect plan activation, or billing errors. Digital access that has already been activated or used for exports may be non-refundable except where required by law or where Empire determines that the service was not delivered as purchased. Refund rights shown at checkout or required by applicable law control if they are more favorable.
Physical/custom manufacturing
Decks, molds, tooling, transfers, samples, and other custom manufacturing are governed by the quote, proforma, invoice, or order terms for that project. Custom work may become non-refundable after tooling, material purchasing, programming, artwork preparation, or production begins.
